| Job Description: | Essential functions of the position: - Monitors and tracks graduate applications for the online MS degree programs utilizing Excel Slate and Campus Solutions.
- Compile application packets utilizing Adobe Acrobat Pro; including calculating necessary GPAs.
- Communicate with applicants as needed to answer questions and request additional information.
- Communicate with recruitment vendor representatives to complete applications and respond to inquiries.
- Facilitate admission decision process with department committees.
- Prepare Graduate School petitions for conditional admissions.
- Process admission decisions; prepare and send admission decision letters and follow up advising information for admitted students.
- Assists with data collection for the online MS programs and preparing necessary reports.

| Preferred: | Preferred Qualifications: - Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment.
- Must be able to complete assignments in a timely manner.
