What is The Role
Elastics Global Partner Sales (GPS) organization is seeking a highly organized detail-oriented coordinator to support the operational enablement and programmatic needs of our global partner ecosystem.
This role will take on recurring administrative and project management tasks that ensure our global team stays aligned and effective. From setting meeting agendas and capturing meeting notes to managing mini projects and promoting co-sell success stories you will provide the organizational backbone that allows leaders to focus on strategy and execution.
Youll gain exposure to how Elastic collaborates with hyperscalers and focus partners manage OPEX spend and support cross-functional initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to learn the inner workings of partner sales at scale while building a strong foundation in sales operations project management and partner programs.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership Team & Meeting Support
- Prep for internal meetings by pulling together agendas past notes and relevant decks in advance.
- Capture action items during GPS calls and draft follow-up emails or summaries.
- Track and report on GPS team training and certification status.
- Provide concise summaries of self-led projects and broader internal initiatives via email.
Operational Excellence & Project Management
- Manage OPEX spend tracking and reporting including execution of the PO creation process and coordinating vendor invoice submission
- Manage GPS distribution lists and slack channels
- Assist with project management tasks for strategic GPS initiatives ensuring milestones and actions are delivered on time.
- Facilitate background briefs on partners accounts and competitors for executive meetings.
Content & AI-driven Efficiency
- Format and upload slides partner pitches and collateral into Seismic and other enablement platforms.
- Maintain version control and consistent branding across templates and scorecards.
- Support the creation of standardized GPS materials (QBRs partner scorecards etc)
- Seek ways to automate & accelerate your tasks using AI tools like Google Gemini
What You Bring
- 13 years of experience in sales operations partner/channel support program coordination or similar roles.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (Google Workspace - Google Slides Google Sheets etc).
- Strong written/verbal communication and a customer-first mindset.
- Interest in partner ecosystems hyperscaler alliances and global sales strategy.
Bonus Points
- Bonus: experience with Salesforce Seismic or other GTM/enablement tools.
