Job Description:

The Director Program Management will be a hands-on results-oriented driven leader who thrives in successful execution of complex projects. This player-coach will lead a team of Program/Project Managers responsible for aligning coordinating and executing TSAs technology roadmap and high-priority transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate combines deep technical understanding with exceptional communication skills and a collaborative mindset. They lead from the frontsetting the pace modeling best practices and inspiring their team to deliver high-impact results with agility clarity and purpose. The role is key to ensuring seamless integration high availability scalability and high adoption of IT solutions that serve TSAs mission.

Key Accountabilities:

Technical Program Management
Drive alignment between the technical roadmap and TSAs strategic objectives. Guide the integration of multiple IT workstreams effectively manage interdependencies and proactively identify and resolve technical risks. Bring clarity to complex systems and foster cross-functional understanding across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Risk and Issue Management: Proactively surface risks and blockers early using strong communication and influencing skills to drive resolution. Build a culture of ownership and accountability across the team while ensuring leadership is informed and engaged on key issues.

Metrics and Reporting: Establish a results-driven reporting ecosystem that tracks performance progress and outcomes. Deliver clear actionable insights through dashboards and executive briefings to inform timely decision-making and continuous improvement.

Strategic Leadership: Design and implement an agile scalable project management framework tailored to TSAs goals. Maintain a sharp focus on business impact ensuring that all processes and methodologies enable strategic delivery and long-term transformation success.

Team Management: Act as a coach and mentor to Program/Project Managersleading by example with energy empathy and expertise. Create a strong sense of purpose enabling team members to grow take ownership and consistently deliver with excellence.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a central connector across IT product operations and business units. Facilitate effective communication and alignment translating technical plans into strategic conversations and ensuring that all partners stay engaged informed and committed to shared outcomes.

Key Experience and Qualifications:

  • 7-10 years of experience leading a team of IT Program/Project Managers in a highly technical matrixed environment.

  • Strong technical background with enterprise systems design and software development processes.

  • Strong proficiency in understanding complex technical challenges

  • Previous experience leading complex implementation of enterprise systems (Workday Salesforce ServiceNow Snowflake etc.)

  • Experience managing complex software-based projects with cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams managing dependencies across many concurrent projects.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders at various levels across multiple functions including C-suite executives.

  • Proven track record of change management focused on building strong interdepartmental relationships and influencing people engagement and expectations management.

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing project management methodologies and tools within a complex organization.

  • Ability to make and recommend data-driven decisions and leverage project management workflow and analytics tools to create a data-driven culture.

Compensation:

The target hiring range for this position is $135102.26 to $168877.83 with a maximum of $202653.39.

Placement in the salary range will be based on factors such as market conditions internal equity and candidate experience skills and qualifications relevant to the role.
