Lesson Frequency: 2 or 3 times per week
Lesson Duration: 1 hour each
Current level: Beginner
Native/other languages: German
Goals:
- Integrate quickly into the community
- Build friendships and pursue hobbies
- Communicate confidently in everyday situations
- Support her sons school and sports activities
- Develop language for both personal and professional use

Responsibilities

Create structured lessons focused on daily life communication and integration
Incorporate topics relevant to hobbies and social interaction
Provide engaging practical and interactive language practice
Support confidence-building in conversations and community engagement
Adapt lessons to students personal and professional goals

Qualifications

Native or near-native proficiency in English
Certificate or degree in language teaching linguistics education or related field
Minimum of 2 years teaching experience with adult beginners
Ability to create practical engaging and culturally relevant lessons
Experience supporting students in community integration is an asset
