Overall objective:

The sampling lab compounder is responsible to ensure timely completion of market sample orders. This shall include all the necessary activities to support the timely completion of the orders.

Main responsibilities:

• To ensure sampling lab activities are carried out in accordance to the required EHS directives.
• To compound ingredients in the correct proportions according to the system formulas.
• To carry out the necessary miscellaneous routine activities not limited to material inventory count material replenishment vessel cleaning and machine maintenance to ensure the maximum uptime of the operations.
• Manage robot operation to ensure timely completion of robot sub-mixes to support on time delivery to customer
• Optimization of robot pours to support Sampling Lab Creation Lab and Production
• Ensure optimal performance of robot through preventive maintenance material stock management and troubleshooting
• To ensure that all compounding activities and robot operations are carried out according to the approved procedure.
• To ensure that all tasks are carried out right at the first time.
• To involve and contribute in the continuous improvement activities or initiatives.
• Quality System Compliance

• Maintain and support all site activities according to accreditation standards in the scope of the QMS ISO 9001 Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) & Halal

Requirements:

• GCE O Level or equivalent.
• Basic Knowledge of Microsoft office applications.
• Knowledge of ISO 9000 will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of ERP software like SAP will be an advantage.
