Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst (SAT)

The incumbent is responsible for providing full financial support to the FP&A Manager in the areas of financial planning & analysis budget management and performance reporting. This position will partner with business stakeholders for financial analysis and budgetary forecasting; Liaise with Entity Finance Controlling and Supply Planning functions for finance-related tasks to support business strategy; Ensure timely accurate and efficient submission of all market financials and reporting requirements.

As the Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst you will:

• • Support the FP&A Manager for financial planning cycles on financial planning & analysis budget management and performance reporting.
  • Prepare working files and consolidate for annual budgeting quarterly forecasting and A&SP planning processes at the Market P&L level.
  • Establish templates and liaise with business partners for financial input.
  • Responsible for TM1/ IBP/ GPM systems upload and coordinating with Corporate FP&A for required analysis and timely submission.
  • Perform HQ / Regional reporting requirements.
  • Lead and analyze OPEX / Marketing & Sales financial performances (i.e. revenues expenditures) to ensure all operations are aligned with business strategy.
  • Track and analyze actual performance vs. plan with variance analysis and corrective/preventive action to mitigate gaps.
  • Develop modeling for various analyses and deliver commercial added value such as pricing/financial scenario simulations to facilitate business decision-making.
  • Co-work with the Entity Controlling team to manage month-end quarter-end and year-end closing processes by coordinating with Accounting GBS and cross-functional business partners.
  • Ensure correct system reporting for management and statutory P&L.
  • Control and monitor budget management in partnershipwith budget owners.
  • Perform actual Capex analysis and Capex planning/management.
  • Coordinate with GBS for master data maintenance (product cost profit/cost center transfer pricing PIR setup etc.).
  • Support other functions and global projects on ad-hoc analysis on developing simulation and financial models to support business initiatives.

Who are we looking for

• University degree or equivalent in Finance Business Economics or Accounting.

• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or related position preferably in international environments.

• Proficiency in MS Office skills (esp. Excel) and SAP knowledge; Experience with Financial Planning and Reporting.

• Possess business acumen strong analytical skills the ability to work under time pressure interpersonal skills to collaborate with different business partners and a growth mindset.
