As ourLocal Marketing Manager for Poland you will have the unique opportunity to shape and establish our newly founded affiliate from the ground this key role youll drive brand strategy market entry and local implementation translating global strategies into impactful actions tailored to the Polish market. Working closely with international and cross-functional teams youll help build our market presence and lay the foundation for sustainable growth.
Brand Strategy & Implementation: Develop and implement the marketing strategy for our product portfolio in Poland including managing communication measures performance analyses and digital market presence.
Market Entry & Positioning: Build and establish the brand in Poland while considering local market conditions and regulatory requirements.
Local Marketing Planning & Market Analysis: Develop and execute the local marketing strategy and annual action plan incorporating market trends competitor analyses and indication-specific aspects.
KOL Management: Coordinate and lead KOL activities and demands in cooperation with the Medical Affairs team.
Global Collaboration & Best Practices: Work closely with international marketing teams exchange insights with Global and Regional Marketing and utilize best-practice sharing for brand development.
Budget & Revenue Responsibility: Plan and manage budget revenue and volumes to ensure profitable brand development.
Trainings & Conferences: Plan coordinate and participate in training events and conferences in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Market Access: Consider market access opportunities to increase availability of products across patient population
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Sales Medical and other relevant departments to implement effective marketing and sales strategies.
YOUR PROFILE
Successfully completed studies in business marketing or a related field
Several years of experience in brand management highly preferred within the pharmaceutical industry or healthcare sector
Experience with digital marketing strategies e-commerce and online channels
Strong analytical medical and commercial understanding as well as an entrepreneurial mindset
Experience in product and project management with strong strategic and operational skills
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions
Fluent in Polish and English with proficiency in MS Office applications and SAP
Experience in either Neurology Gastroenterology OTC or specialized hospital products is an asset
