What you are going to do

As Domain Architect Data & AI you provide domain-specific architectural guidance for the Data & AI services domain according to the NN Data & AI strategy creating synergies and helping to redefine the future of insurance in this new AI era.

• Advise on and help shape the strategy and vision for Data & AI services within EBT ensuring consistency with company-wide initiatives

• Represent the Data & AI domain in architecture decision-making meetings and NN Group-wide boards.

• Design and document architecture for data platforms leveraging technologies such as Databricks Mosaic Databricks Power BI Kubernetes and Collibra

• Define and implement modern data platform architectures integration patterns and best practices including Lakehouse designs and Agentic AI frameworks

• Assess and recommend technologies tools and frameworks specific to Data & AI including Agentic AI frameworks and concepts like MCP (Model Context Protocol)

• Collaborate with stakeholders across business units the AI Center of Excellence and data governance to ensure seamless integration knowledge-sharing and external representation of NNs technology leadership

Who you are

• You are an experienced IT architect with a masters degree (or equivalent) and at least 8 years in IT and enterprise architecture working across both business units and central IT organizations

• You have a strong track record in Lakehouse designs data governance data management and modern AI/ML architectures

• You are skilled with technologies such as Databricks Mosaic Databricks Power BI Kubernetes and Collibra and have deep knowledge of data integration data quality and data modeling

• You understand compliance and privacy legislation (like GDPR) and know how to embed these requirements into robust architectural solutions

• You are proactive collaborative and able to inspire othersengaging stakeholders driving innovation and guiding teams to embrace new technologies in the Data & AI domain

As a Data & AI Architect youll join the Architecture team within EBTa group of passionate professionals dedicated to shaping the future of business technology at NN. EBTs mission is the Empower Beyond Today. We provide Business Technology Services to Business Professionals (Users) and Business Technologists (Shapers). Youll work closely with product managers product owners and solution architects to continuously improve our Data & AI product portfolio and its underlying architecture.
