Qualifications :
- work experience in the automotive industry with sound overall Business Process and IT solution knowledge
- ability to collaborate and lead in a cross-functional and international team environment
- experience in leading an expert team or project team
- living motivation and empowerment of people
- analytical thinking and the competence to design holistic sustainable solutions with state-of-art technologies
- self-organization structured responsible entrepreneurial goal & future-oriented
- very good verbal and written communication and presentation skills (English)
- very good conflict management skill
- ability to coordinate a larger number of activities considering schedules and priorities
- onsite in UAES Shanghai for min. 3 to 4 days per week (depending on the project activities)
- fluent in English Chinese speaking preferred
- if not Chinese speaking excellent intercultural competency
