About the Role:
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for providing support in the various human resource functions which include employment services employee relations occupational health and safety and return to work programs.
Reporting to the Corporate Services Director the Human Resources Manager will drive organisational excellence by providing strategic leadership and operational delivery of people and organisational development functions and services for Ngwala. The portfolio includes employee and industrial relations learning and development remuneration and benefits talent management workplace health and safety and workers compensation. This role has an audit governance and compliance element in areas such as HR Information Systems workplace health and safety and training and plays a support function to the executive staff. The Human Resources Manager plays a key role in nurturing and developing a positive organisational culture based on Ngwala values.
