Precision Walls has an exciting opportunity for a Bilingual Safety Coordinator - OSHA 30 to join our team. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- All phases of branch Safety / Lean Support and Enforcement.
- Safety Checklist / Lean Checklist Inspections.
- Conduct New Hire Orientations and Skill Assessments (when required). Supportive documentation.
- Provide training and licensing for field personnel task to work with tools and equipment i.e. Hilti Tools MEWPs Lull & Forklift operations Scaffolds Ladders and Stilts.
- Support Management team in creating New Job Start Up requirements i.e. contract safety documents JSSP/ SSSP OCIP -CCIP requirement etc.
- Ensures a Safe and Healthy work environment that adheres with OSHA guidelines.
- Accompany and support injured employees attend initial doctor appointments support until employee is released to full duty.
- Ensures all documentation is completed for any Accident Incident or Property Damage.
- Other duties as needed.
Requirements / Experience
- 1 to 2 years in commercial construction safety experience.
- Has knowledge of desktop computers laptops iPad smartphones and various other electronic devises.
- OSHA 30.
- Precision Walls Trained Trainer (provided by a Branch Safety Coordinator Safety QQC Safety Manager or Branch supporting SQRM).
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
