The IT Project Manager will oversee technology-related projects from initiation to completion ensuring alignment with business objectives. This role involves planning executing and delivering projects on time within scope and budget while managing cross-functional teams and external vendors.

Job Summary
The IT Project Manager will oversee technology-related projects from initiation to completion ensuring alignment with business objectives. This role involves planning executing and delivering projects on time within scope and budget while managing cross-functional teams and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope goals and deliverables aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain project plans schedules budgets and resource allocations.
- Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors for seamless execution.
- Monitor project progress manage risks and implement contingency plans.
- Conduct regular status meetings and prepare progress reports for stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with IT security standards and organizational policies.
- Perform post-project evaluations and recommend process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- 10 years of experience in IT project management.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile Waterfall).
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. MS Project Jira).
- Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with ERP systems (SyteLine familiarity is a plus).
- Ability to manage remote teams and outsourced resources.
- Strong financial acumen for budget control.
- Proficiency with ClickUp Jira and ServiceNow for project tracking and IT service management.
- Hands-on experience with ETL processes and tools.
- Proven track record in leading digital transformation initiatives.
