TITLE: Systems Engineer with TS/SCI with CI Poly (US Citizenship is REQUIRED)

LOCATION: Aurora CO 80011 (no relocation package)

CLEARANCE: Security Clearance Required must currently have TS/SCI w/ Poly

DURATION: 12 months or contract to hire

GeoLogics is seeking a Principal Systems Engineer (MBSE) to provide enterprise-wide systems engineering and integration support within the Intelligence Community. The ideal candidate will apply Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and Digital Engineering practices to define system architectures manage interfaces and ensure traceability of requirements to technical solutions. This role involves developing and maintaining system models using tools such as Cameo Systems Modeler as well as utilizing computer-based simulations to analyze and optimize the performance of complex systems.

REQUIRED SKILL SETS:

Minimum of 6 years of prior engineering experience.

Active and transferable TS/SCI with CI Polygraph U.S. government-issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required

Practical experience applying Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) principles including system modeling with Cameo or equivalent tools.

Familiarity with Digital Engineering practices and tool chains to enhance design integration and test workflows.

Experience with high level programming languages (e.g. Python).

Demonstrated engineering technical abilities and project management experience.

Experience collaborating with internal and external customers in a team environment (Government Military SETA and Contractor).

DESIRED SKILS:

Experience with systems installation integration and test activities.

Proficiency in relevant programming languages (Python C etc.)

Experience with Request for Change (RFC) impact reviews and assessment processes.

Experience with customer NSIS requirements and rapid delivery methods.

Evidence of strong customer relationships and stakeholder engagement.

Experience working across contract and location boundaries.

Proficiency with Atlassian JIRA Confluence and collaborative engineering tools.

Ability to convey complex technical issues clearly through both oral and written communication.

EDUCATION REQUIRED

Typically requires a Bachelors degree in Science Technology Engineering or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 6 years of prior engineering experience.
