IT Integrator I

Youll be part of the Customer & Data domain working in a dynamic environment with multiple squads and integrators. Collaboration is key youll coordinate across teams and help deliver meaningful solutions that support INGs technology initiatives.

Roles and responsibilities

As an IT Integrator I youll play a key role in enabling smooth delivery of features and small-scale projects. Youll work closely with squads product owners and stakeholders to ensure that solutions are delivered efficiently and aligned with business needs. You will be involved in:

• Delivery Support: Plan and coordinate the delivery of technical projects.
• Project Coordination: Manage small IT delivery projects or streams from initiation to execution. Ensure timelines scope and dependencies are clear and well-managed.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with developers analysts and business stakeholders to ensure shared understanding and smooth cooperation.
• Agile Facilitation: Promote agile ways of working and help teams stay focused on customer value.
• Reporting & Communication: Provide clear updates on progress risks and dependencies to relevant stakeholders.

How to succeed

What youll need to succeed:

• 1 year of experience in IT delivery or coordination
• Basic understanding of IT project lifecycle and agile methodologies Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders
• A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn Fluent English speaking and writing skills
• University degree (Bachelors level) in IT Engineering or related field
• Even better if you have:
• Experience working in an agile environment
• Exposure to IT integration feature delivery or roadmap planning Familiarity with INGs tech landscape or banking domain
