Salary: OTE 40000 per annum

Worth Recruiting is seeking a talented and ambitious Senior Lettings Negotiator / Lister for a respected independent agency in Orpington.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for a confident and motivated property professional with strong listing skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will be results-driven able to generate new business and maintain long-term relationships with landlords and tenants alike.

An ARLA qualification is desirable but not essential provided you have a solid understanding of lettings regulations and legislation.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Conducting property valuations and winning new instructions
• Negotiating tenancies and achieving successful lets
• Developing new business opportunities and expanding the client base
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Providing exceptional customer service throughout the lettings process
• Ensuring all lettings activities comply with current legislation
• Supporting colleagues and contributing to overall branch success

What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Proven experience in a Senior Lettings role
• Strong listing and instruction-winning ability
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills
• Confident communicator with great people skills
• Driven and target-focused with a proactive approach
• Sound understanding of lettings legislation and compliance
• Full UK driving licence essential
• Local knowledge of the Orpington area advantageous
