Due to a member of staff retiring we are seeking to appoint another Teacher of Mathematics to join our highly successful team on 1 January 2026. We welcome applications from experienced teachers or ECTs. There is the possibility of a TLR available for the right candidate

Be a Maths specialist with the drive to motivate and challenge pupils
Set and maintain high standards for academic achievement and behaviour
Contribute to the development and review of the curriculum so pupils are inspired to learn
Proactively contribute to the development of the department through professional development
Have a commitment to developing practice and pedagogy
Believe in creating strong relationships with pupils and contribute to the pastoral work of the school

The Maths Department:
The Maths team is a six strong highly motivated and passionate group of maths specialists. Where problem solving is at the centre of everything we strive for promoting the love of not just maths but also its applications. The department excel in teaching maths and ensuring all students make progress. The team welcome new voices and regularly meet to discuss and work collaboratively on the methodology and topics we teach.
