Job Summary

Project/Position Introduction

Overview

Hours span 7.30am to 5.30pm

Introduction

In this role you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effectively delivery of assistance and advice to customers who are fully eligible for Employment Services support via phone servicing. You will also provide support to internal and external stakeholders/customers and administrative support to areas of the business.

  • Have a genuine interest in people and be able to listen actively and provide advice
  • Use your ability to talk to a range of people to build trust and rapport with our customers

  • You are a natural at customer service with both internal and external customers
  • Be able to maintain composure and focus on achieving objectives
  • Hold a current Working with Children check or willingness to obtain one
