Requirements:
Active Massachusetts LCSW license
CPI and BLS certifications
Masters in Social Work (MSW)
Experience in behavioral health acute or psychiatric care preferred
Strong communication documentation and crisis intervention skills
Responsibilities:
Perform clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide individual group and family therapy
Coordinate discharge planning and community referrals
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards
