Incumbents of the Inside Sales Representative position have averaged $93000/year (This figure does include bonuses)
ROA Positions are eligible for annual bonuses-
Annual Return on Assets Bonus Percentage (5 year average) 25.4% of eligible earnings (up to 33% eligible earnings).
Annual Profit Sharing Bonus Percentage (5 year average) 20% of eligible earnings

The inside sales representative will work cooperatively with our team to manage customer accounts create new customer accounts and develop existing customer opportunities.
This position will require coordinating with outside sales production shipping mill leadership and metallurgist to sell product and service customers.
This position will need to provide appropriate pricing and availability to customers on inquiries while also entering orders timely and accurately with attention to detail.
Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate lead and uphold safety policies practices procedures and housekeeping standards at all times.
