Course Description:
MPP Complexity Seminars are two-credit intensive courses delivered over one week (six hours per day) during the Fall Winter and/or Summer terms. Each seminar focuses on a specific dimension of complexity within the policymaking process. These courses are designed to explore a particular type of complexity as it manifests across a range of policy issues including but not limited to transparency challenges in public finance central banking trade income inequality climate change and access to information legislation. Practitioners leading these seminars should have expertise that closely aligns with the seminars thematic focus.
