Key Responsibilities:

• Present and sell a full suite of finance and insurance products including extended warranties service protection plans GAP insurance and credit/life protection.

• Ensure accuracy and compliance in all documentation including finance contracts leasing agreements vehicle registration and delivery paperwork.

• Maintain a strong working knowledge of manufacturer programs rebates lender offerings and leasing options.

• Support the sales team in structuring deals that maximize customer satisfaction and dealership profitability.

• Foster strong relationships with banks credit unions OEM financial institutions and third-party vendors.

• Provide ongoing communication and updates to customers regarding delivery timelines and documentation.

• Resolve any customer concerns professionally and in a timely manner.

• Manage and maintain accurate internal reports compliance logs and contract funding processes.

What You Bring:

• Valid OMVIC certification (or willingness to obtain).

• Minimum 12 years of experience in an F&I role or similar position within an automotive dealership.

• Strong understanding of leasing financing and aftermarket protection products.

• Experience withPBSand/orDealerTrackconsidered a significant asset.

• Professional energetic and customer-first attitude with exceptional communication skills.

• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Tech-savvy with solid computer skills; DMS experience preferred.

• Valid G-class drivers license and clean driving record.
