As our Evening Property Maintenance Technician youll earn $18.75 per hour plus a $3.00 weekend differential. We also offer Excellent benefits and perks including:

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Positive attitude
Experience in manual labor driving/delivery roles or maintenance work is preferred.

DAY-TO-DAY
This is a full-time position with a consistent overnight schedule of 8:30 PM4 AM. Youll work 5 days on and 2 off giving you the balance you need while making an impact every night.
As our Evening Property Maintenance Technician youll start each shift with a thorough inspection of assigned properties to ensure cleanliness and safety. Your responsibilities include removing debris operating maintenance sweeper vehicles and addressing safety hazards. Collaborating with your team youll help maintain a secure environment for residents and visitors. Youll also take pride in keeping the sweeper trucks clean and operational contributing to the overall quality and appearance of the properties we serve.
