In this role you will be working as an Inside Sales Representative for a client in the parts manufacturing industry. This position is responsible for doing outbound phone calls to help support current and new customers with existing orders spare parts product support and any other customer needs.
This is a temp to possible perm position that must be performed on-site.
Job Requirements:
- 2 years of experience with B2B sales with mechanical parts equipment etc
- Outbound calls/cold calling
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to create and maintain a list/database of prospect clients
- Must have experience working with a CRM
- Strong computer and MS Office experience
