Methodist Rehabilitation Hospital is a state-of-the-art 50-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital dedicated to the treatment and recovery of individuals who have experienced the debilitating effects of a severe injury or illness.
Our rehabilitation programs provide ongoing care and specialized treatment to patients throughout their recovery journey. We offer customized individualized rehabilitation tailored to the specific needs of those recovering from a stroke brain injury neurological conditions trauma spinal cord injury amputation and orthopedic injury.

We are accredited by The Center for Improvement in Healthcare Quality and CARF-accredited for our Comprehensive Integrated Inpatient Rehabilitation Program and Stroke Specialty Program.
How youll contribute:
Directs the departments activities and resources to achieve departmental and organizational objectives. Managing the work of others including planning assigning scheduling and reviewing work ensures quality standards. Responsible for hiring terminating training and developing reviewing performance and administering corrective action for staff.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Develops and implements departmental goals plans and standards consistent with the clinical administrative legal and ethical requirements/objectives of the organization.
- Directs and evaluates departmental operations including patient care delivery information technologies service level determination and complaint management to achieve performance and quality control objectives.
- Plans and monitors staffing activities including hiring orienting evaluating disciplinary actions and continuing education initiatives.
- Prepares monitors and evaluates departmental budgets and ensures that the department operates in compliance with allocated funding.
- Coordinates and directs internal/external audits.
- Creates and fosters an environment that encourages professional growth.
