Performance Team handles end-to-end warehousing and distribution logistics needs utilizing our strategic network of storage facilities. Description
Summary:
Assigns work for drivers for conveyance of freight by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Compiles and maintains a list of available drivers.
- Assign trucks according to availability the purpose of the trip and freight.
- Issues record sheets and all related paperwork to drivers.
- Troubleshooting and notifying appropriate parties of any changes.
- Records time of departure destination cargo and expected time of return.
- Investigate overdue vehicles.
- Directs activities of drivers by two-way radio.
- Confers with customers to expedite or locate missing misrouted delayed or damaged merchandise.
- Heavy communication with drivers on a daily basis.
- Spanish fluency required
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Schedule:3rd Shift Wednesday - Saturday 5pm-5am

Pay Range:
$24.00-$26.00 per hour
*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
