Salary: OTE 50000 per annum

Our client is a successful independent Sales and Lettings agency with offices across Surrey. They are seeking a driven and experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join their Guildford team.

This role is ideal for someone with strong negotiation and communication skills who thrives in a busy customer-focused environment. Experience in valuing and listing properties would be highly beneficial but it is not essential as full support and training will be provided to help develop these skills further.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in residential property sales a positive attitude and the ambition to progress within a dynamic and supportive company.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Handling residential property sales from instruction to completion
• Conducting viewings and negotiating offers to secure successful outcomes
• Building strong relationships with buyers and sellers
• Supporting and contributing to the performance of the sales team
• Providing accurate property valuations (training provided if required)
• Maintaining exceptional customer service standards
• Actively seeking new business opportunities and promoting company services
• Managing your own pipeline and meeting sales targets

What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Experience in residential property sales (essential)
• Listing and valuation experience (beneficial but not essential)
• Strong communication sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building ability
• Positive ambitious and self-motivated attitude
• Knowledge of the Guildford area (advantageous)
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle required
• Professional well-presented and team-oriented approach
