Sheehy Ford of Warrentonis seeking a dependable and hardworkingInventory Assistantto join our team. The ideal candidate will work with the sales management team ensure that all vehicles on the premises are well-maintained in the correct location and secured. We are looking for an energetic individual with a strong work ethic and great attention to detail. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits and a great opportunity foot in the door for anyone curious about the car business. Youll have the chance to work closely with our used car manager and sales team gaining valuable insights and experience in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist the used car manager with inventory management by maintaining control of all in-stock new and used car inventory.
• Control all display vehicles and the display area arrange signage and the detailing of vehicles to ensure vehicles are showcased effectively.
• Take photos of used vehicles for online/website listings and display
• Move vehicles around the lot as needed.
• Use windows-based systems to manage inventory/sales.
• Maintain the dealerships lot by keeping it clean organized and presentable for customers.
• Consistently remains engaged with management and fellow team members to foster successful working relationships and processes.
• Immediately communicates with management whenever a concern or situation arises.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Assist with snow removal during winter months.
• Assist with monthly vehicle inventory count.
• Familiarity with vAuto and Eleads CRM is a plus.

Requirements

• Demonstrated entrepreneurial drive and sense of urgency to obtain results on a consistent basis
• High level of initiative and ability to work in a team
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Self-Motivated with a strong work ethic
• Previous dealership experience is a plus but not required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have the ability to pass a pre-employment background screening Motor Vehicle Records check and drug test.
• Must have a valid drivers license and a clean driving record
• Authorized to work in the USA
