From leading the onsite team in creating a welcoming environment and providing high-quality patient care to carrying a small caseload to keep your clinical skills fresh every day will be an opportunity to enhance both client outcomes and staff satisfaction.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Salary: $ annually plus enjoy a Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm work schedule with some evening flexibility for program and client needs.

What Were Looking For

Experience leading outpatient clinical teams is a must!
Education: A Masters Degree and mental health license is required.
- LCSW (A) LCMHC (A) dual licensure preferred LCAS (A)
Minimum of three to five years of supervisory experience in mental health and substance use preferred
Skills: leadership and team management clinical expertise organizational abilities problem-solving and decision-making. Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail. Dependability is a must!
Proficiency with EHR systems or technically savvy.
