Job Summary

Capitol Chevrolet Austins #1 Volume Chevy Dealer is looking for a Driven High-Energy New Car Sales Manager ready to lead a winning team.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of dealership experience with strong Finance (F&I) background

  • Proven track record in sales leadership and achieving volume goals

  • Deep understanding of desking deals leasing and lender relations

  • Following Up on leads by phone email and text
  • Excellent communication coaching and closing skills

  • Must thrive in a fast-paced high-volume environment

  • Chevy Experience Preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the new car sales team to exceed monthly targets

  • Work closely with Finance andBDC departments to drive performance

  • Structure and close deals efficiently and profitably

  • Maintain strong relationships with OEM Partners

  • Deliver an exceptional guest experience and uphold Capitol Chevrolets reputation for excellence
