We are seeking a Receptionist bilingual in Spanish to join our team. We are open 7 days a week and we are looking for someone who is able to work flexible hours and days.
Qualifications
- Ability to work some evenings and weekends required
- Bilingual Spanish required
- Previous Hospitality experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Outgoing and positive demeanor
- Punctual with the ability to handle schedule flexibility
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Maintains a professional appearance

- Responsibilities
- Front showroom greeter greets and receives customers
- Answers dealership group phones
- Directs customers to the correct department notifies the appropriate person that a customer is waiting and introduces the customer to a salesperson
- Works cooperatively with the sales team
- Communicates with callers and visitors
- Assists in the dealer exchange of vehicle process
- Participates in customer satisfaction process
- Participates in customer retention process
