Job Summary

Title:Advanced Billing Associate

Location: Scottsdale AZ or Chantilly VA

Required: US Citizenship

W2 Hourly Contract Only

Rate Range: $28.50 - $30.00 with limited benefits

We have an opening for an Advanced Billing Associateto work onsite in Scottsdale AZ or Chantilly VA.Youwill prepare a minimum of 150 basic Firm Fixed Price (FF)/Time & Material (TM) and commercial invoices per month completing them accurately and compliantly in support of revenue EBIT and cash goals.

US Citizenship is Required

W2 hourly Contract Only with a possible extension No 1099 No third parties no C2C.

REQUIREMENTS

High School Diploma or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
Associates or Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or Business equivalent strongly preferred.
Basic knowledge of accounting processes and practices
Basic understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) DFAR DCAA DCMA DoD Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and Sarbanes-Oxley Act preferred
Strong computer skills including knowledge of accounting software applications such as MS Excel Hyperion Essbase Oracle

Responsibilities

Work as an integral team member in lowering overall billing cycles times and increasing collections. Prepare a minimum of 150 basic Firm Fixed Price (FF)/Time & Material (TM) and commercial invoices per month completing them accurately and compliantly in support of revenue EBIT and cash goals.
Follow all billing policies and procedures to ensure successful internal/external audits as well as track and maintain billing information in the financial systems ensuring accuracy and compliance with U.S. GAAP and other accounting regulations.
