Job Description Summary
We are seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support the Facilities Manager and the wider Facilities Management team in delivering effective and efficient workplace support services at a client site. This role will play an important part in ensuring the safe complaint and smooth operation of the workplace environment while delivering excellent customer service to stakeholders.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Facilities Management team in ensuring compliance with laws regulations policies and guidelines across the assigned portfolio.

  • Assist in maintaining a safe healthy and well-serviced workplace environment.

  • Coordinate inspections planned and responsive maintenance and asset upkeep to agreed standards.

  • Support vendor and supplier management including work orders purchase requests and vendor administration.

  • Assist with budget estimation tracking and reporting

  • Prepare and maintain facilities-related documentation reports and records.

  • Respond to risks incidents hazards and emergencies as required.

  • Maintain strong customer engagement and stakeholder satisfaction.

  • Perform other duties as reasonably required by the business.

About You

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a customer-facing or customer-service role.

  • Strong written verbal and presentation skills.

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

  • Collaborative proactive and solutions focused.
