What youll do:
Gather deep insights on users and customers leveraging data to inform product direction
Track industry trends and competition within the endpoint management space
Partner closely with designers and engineers to discover and deliver effective valuable solutions
Lead agile development and coordinate global cross-functional teams
Build and enhance endpoint management services device discovery and security products
Develop and champion product roadmaps and strategies to customers and internal teams
Evangelize key features and value propositions to sales technical and support teams
Enable marketing sales and implementation ensuring teams understand and promote the products value
Travel domestically or internationally as needed to meet customers and stakeholders
What you will bring:
Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience
10 years working with technology-powered products as a product manager designer engineer or similar role
Proven ability to learn and integrate cross-functional business areas (engineering design finance sales marketing)
Strong analytical strategic thinking and problem-solving skillsable to assess risks and present data-driven recommendations
Exceptional influencer and relationship builderable to win respect drive buy-in and see initiatives to completion
Superior written and verbal communication interpersonal conflict resolution and customer service skills
