Job Summary

** 2 YEARS CONTRACT - EXTENDABLE DEPENDING ON PROJECT SCOPE) **
Min 7 years of Experience.
Bachelor in Engineering or Technology.
SAP S4 Hana System work experience are preferred.
Support and Maintenance
Delivering technical and functional support for existing SAP S/4HANA systems.
Resolving incidents troubleshooting issues and performing system enhancements based on requirements.
Ensuring smooth integration with third-party systems middleware and legacy applications to maintain uninterrupted business processes.
Custom Development
Developing custom reports interfaces forms and workflows based on business requirements.
Ensuring all developments adhere to SAP standards and best practices.
Develop solutions to work on integration with non-sap systems.
Implementation and Upgrades
Supporting SAP implementations rollouts and upgrades including data migration and system integration.
Performing configuration customization and testing for new functionalities.
Knowledge Transfer
Providing detailed documentation and knowledge transfer for all deliverables.
Providing end-user support including training to empower teams to utilize the SAP system effectively and independently.
Governance and Reporting
Delivering progress updates timesheets and reporting.
Ensuring compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs) defined in the framework.
