About the Program
We are now seeking a final year Masters student to join our project team working directly with our Head of Safety on developing next-generation safety solutions for our factory. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a live industrial development programme applying cutting edge technologies to real-world challenges.
As an intern you will support our mission to design and implement innovative safety solutions across the entire factory. Your focus will be on investigating and testing technologies that can prevent and detect risks such as:
Visual inspection systems
AI-based monitoring and analytics
Smart sensors and IoT solutions
Custom built tools and partial inhouse developments
You will explore both market ready solutions and custom approaches with the mandate to recommend the best fit for our operations. Working closely with our safety engineering and digitalisation teams you will contribute to shaping the future of industrial safety in our factory.
Whats in it for you

What are we looking for
Final year Masters student in a STEM field preferably Information Technology Computer Science or Technology Management.
Strong technical foundation with hands on experience in API development and testing (Postman Insomnia or similar).
Programming and scripting proficiency in one or more languages (Python JavaScript Bash Shell scripting).
Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate both commercial and custom built solutions.
Fluent in English and Polish.
High motivation resilience and willingness to work hard to deliver the right safety solutions.

Important to note
