Job Summary

Role Technical Project Manager / Program Manager

HYBRID Onsite - Alpharetta GA

Long Term Contract

3 days onsite

As per Client:

Main requirements are standard tech PM attributes - strong exec & tech comms (bridge the tech requirements for non-tech stakeholders) work across many tech teams create timelines / manage deliverables / report status etc...
5-7 years of experience prefd (it can be more but they dont want anyone overly senior who they think would outgrow the role too quickly)
The role is with Cloud Security tech team but PM need not have domain experience (it would be a plus); same for any AI experience they may have - it would be a plus
Finance tech experience preferred not required

Project/Program Manager

The Cloud Security team is responsible for securely enabling the use of cloud technologies to support the firms desire to leverage cloud-native services at enterprise scale. The Cloud Security Strategic Program team plans tracks reports and manages programs and projects that require cross-functional and cross-departmental efforts. The team is currently looking for a Project or Program Manager familiar with cloud services cross-functional project management executive level communication and a willingness to learn.

Primary Responsibilities:

Collaborate with all cloud security teams and stakeholders to enable efficient foundational security

Identify key project contributors establish scope of work appropriate timelines and regular meeting cadences Take lead to integrate configure document and publish Strategic Program systems and processes

Solve problems efficiently to enable security engineers to meet program objectives

Communicate objectives key results and issues at a senior executive level

Work in a globally distributed team to provide innovative and robust project management

Meet project deadlines evaluate risk to delivery and escalate appropriately

Build cross department relationships to ensure efficient project execution Required Skills:

Excellent communication written and interpersonal skills

Ability to interpret and articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Experience with identifying and managing risk

Critical thinking to make connections and solve problems Create visual aids to communicate project plans and enable capability tracking

Experience developing project plans and timelines

Ability to onboard and ramp up efficiently

Familiar with Agile framework and ceremonies Experience using Outlook Microsoft Teams Zoom Jira JQL Confluence Roadmunk

Experience managing application migration projects

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience in tooling such as Power BI

Knowledge of cloud security functions in cloud providers such as Azure AWS Google

Experience in the financial industry

PMP Scrum Master and Cloud Certifications Ability to incorporate AI to drive efficiency
