Neurosurgery Cases ADULT
Neurosurgery Cases TRAUMA
Brain Bleed Stoppage
Clot Removal
Tumor Removal
Trauma Repair
Shunt Insertion or Revision
have neuro IR in house
Spine Surgery Procedures Required:
Spine Stabilization and Reconstruction
Vertebroplasty and Kyphoplasty
Spinal Fusion
Laminectomy
Diskectomy
Rates

Travel Reimbursement Information:
Lodging: $150/night
All other accommodations must be standard/economy
Any upgrade requests must be approved

Requirement description :
Board Certified Neurosurgery - REQUIRED
Provider must list specific dates of availability at time of name clear - REQUIRED
OH License - REQUIRED
BLS ACLS - REQUIRED
Active DEA - REQUIRED
