Job Summary

A leading manufacturer of adhesives coatings and polymers has an exciting opportunity for a hands-on motivated leader for our Production Supervisor role.

THIS IS A 2nd SHIFT POSITION: Monday through Friday - 2:45PM To 11:15 PM or until finished (approximate depending on business needs)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Managing the day-to-day operation quality and safety functions in the department.
Responsible for the coordination of staffing materials quality control and maintenance to meet expected productivity.
Maintain operations in compliance with SOPs company policies and OSHA regulations.
Provide process guidance and technical troubleshooting support to production personnel in order to maintain a high level of productivity and quality.
Ability to understand and operate manufacturing equipment/process
Work closely with management staff regarding productivity quality and employee performance.
Ensure good housekeeping is adhered to and maintained in all work areas.
Any other duties as they arise.
