Automotive Service Manager Centennial Imports (Pensacola FL)

Were hiring a proven Service Manager to lead a high-volume premium import service operation. Youll own KPIs build a top-performing team and deliver an elite customer experience for a busy shop with strong repeat traffic.

What Youll Do

Run an efficient profitable department: staffing productivity ELR/HPRO CSI effective dispatch and cost control.
Lead coach and hold a team of advisors/techs accountable to daily and weekly targets.
Drive retention: fast write-up accurate estimates no-surprise delivery 24-hour follow-ups.
Ensure warranty compliance fixed-right-first-time quality and zero comebacks culture.
Partner with Parts for fill rate/turn; monitor tech productivity and payroll accuracy.
Execute a proactive marketing plan for service-including maintenance menus and pricing guides.
Maintain OSHA/EPA compliance and immaculate facilities.

What It Takes

Minimum 3 years as an Automotive Service Manager (or ASM ready to step up).
Highline/Import experience preferred (Mercedes/Volvo a plus); domestic brand leaders welcome.
Deep grasp of KPIs (ELR HPRO gross absorption CSI) and dispatch/load management.
Hands-on leader who can recruit train and build a performance culture.
Working knowledge of warranty administration and DMS reporting.
Valid drivers license; ASE credentials preferred.
