Civil Engineer Road Design & Water Resources

Must-Haves

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (or related field)
Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of Texas
6 8 years of hands-on civil engineering experience in transportation drainage and water resources
Strong skills in roadway design H&H drainage modeling and stormwater/water-resource systems
Proven ability to manage full lifecycle of civil projects-from design to construction support
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Experience coordinating with clients and regulatory agencies including attending public meetings
