Job Summary

Job Description:

Provides frontline technical support for the deployment of iPhones used with Epic Rover. Assists with staging configuration distribution and end-user support during deployment events. These technicians need to be local to NY as they will travel to different sites for mini-Rover deployment as a part of EPIC go live. The schedule will vary with days and overnight shifts so candidates need to be flexible. Hours per Day & Week 10 & 50.

Key Responsibilities

Stage and configure iPhones with required apps and settings; Assist with distribution and user setup at clinical sites
Provide on-site troubleshooting and user guidance; Support onboarding/offboarding of devices
Track and update device inventory during deployment
