Data Management Senior Research Associate

St. Louis MO (Hybrid/Flexible)

Agricultural Biotechnology Sustainable Crop Innovation

This is a hands-on data-focused role in Agricultural Biotechnology perfect for someone who loves making sense of messy real-world datasets.

What Youll Do:
Track clean and standardize greenhouse and field trial data.
Perform applied statistics (t-tests ANOVA linear models RCBD).
Generate clear actionable reports for agronomists and field teams.
Work with spatial data (QGIS ARM(Agricultural Research Management Database) or similar tools).
Collaborate with field trial leaders to ensure decisions are backed by reliable data.

Youll succeed if you:

Enjoy rolling up your sleeves to fix messy data.
Can translate statistics into simple visual stories.
Thrive in a small fast-moving mission-driven environment.

Ideal background:

MS (or strong BS) in Statistics Biostatistics or related field
Experience with R JMP or Python
Agricultural or field-trial data familiarity a plus

Remote-friendly but preference for candidates near St. Louis MO who can join monthly onsite sessions.
