Job Summary

Hiring Business Analysts who will be an integral part of the Asia Pacific Technical Operations team and will be responsible for the preparation of Joint Venture (JV) Accounts for a variety of JVs across Australia and New Zealand.

Responsibilities

Take minutes for JV Operations Commitee meetings.
Plan and scope streamlining of Administration duties across Australia and New Zealand.
Manage FSII (fuel additive) ordering Australia wide.
Purchase order creation.
Vendor entry into relevant payment systems.
Technical Service Agreement and throughput invoice creation including Non-Operated Joint Venture (NOJV) monthly invoicing.
NOJV Capex forecasting monitoring and reporting.
Monthly review of JV budgets against actual spending.

Eligibility

0-2 years of relevant work experience.
Ability to work unsupervised and meet critical deadlines.
Good communication skills to support remote members of the team and communicate with internal and external parties.
Knowledge of databases and their management.
