Job Summary
This is a remote position.
Technical Sourcer to support highly specialized recruiting efforts in the AI and tech space. This role is ideal for someone with a background in technical sourcing or recruiting particularly for roles such as Research Scientists and Research Engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct deep sourcing for niche technical roles starting with identifying relevant published papers and authors
Locate and assess LinkedIn profiles for alignment with job requirements
Add qualified leads to Juicebox and enroll them in email outreach sequences
Review profiles for key non-negotiables including location education and specialized skills
Collaborate with the team to refine the sourcing strategy and meet weekly outreach targets
Requirements
Tools & Support:
Full access credentials to the Juicebox sourcing platform
Training on Clients sourcing workflow and expectations
Qualifications:
Prior experience in technical recruiting or sourcing (AI research engineering preferred)
Strong sourcing skills with a track record of finding quality candidates
Strong attention to detail and ability to assess candidate fit based on nuanced criteria
Familiarity with LinkedIn academic research and outreach tools
Self-motivated organized and comfortable working independently
