Service Sales Manager
Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Service Sales Manager to lead the growth of Service sales turnover in their respective territory of responsibility. The successful candidate will be accountable for executing the Area and Regional service strategy ensuring best-in-class service to customers and driving target fulfillment of Service contract renewals. This role requires a strong ability to develop trustful relationships with customers identify new business opportunities and provide market and competition feedback to support business growth.
Responsibilities
- Execute the Area and Regional service strategy within the territory of responsibility
- Coordinate with Service Managers and Service technicians to ensure exceptional customer service
- Ensure target fulfillment of Service contract renewals
- Plan and execute aggressive Service drives/camps for up-selling & cross-selling of high-end service plans retrofit proposals and Value Added Offers
- Identify and recommend service acquisitions to direct superiors
- Develop and maintain trustful and relevant relationships with COMPANY customers
- Provide market and competition feedback to superiors with recommendations for increasing service market share
- Conduct business in line with applicable local laws and regulations as well as with global and local policies & procedures companys code of conduct
Requirements
Requirements:
- 7 years of experience in sales or service management
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and exceeding targets
- Strong understanding of service sales strategies and tactics
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and provide actionable feedback
- Strong business acumen and understanding of local laws and regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
