Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Prepare architectural structural and interior drawings using AutoCAD or relevant software.
Create detailed plans elevations and sections for construction and approval.
Coordinate with architects engineers and project managers to ensure accurate drawings.
Update and revise drawings based on site changes client feedback and technical inputs.
Ensure drawings comply with building codes project standards and design specifications.
Maintain drawing records and documentation for each project.
Support quantity estimation and BOQ preparation from drawings.
Work closely with site teams to resolve drawing-related queries.
Assist in as-built drawing preparation after project completion
Requirements
Required Skill Sets
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD SketchUp and MS Office.
Good knowledge of civil construction drawings detailing and drafting standards.
Understanding of architectural and structural design concepts.
Ability to read and interpret engineering and architectural plans.
Knowledge of quantity estimation and layout planning.
Good communication coordination and time management skills.
Diploma / BE in Civil Engineering or Draftsmanship.
25 years of experience in a construction or architectural firm preferred.
