We are currently hiring Social Care Workers for Home Care Services based in Louth Ireland.
Position Details
Permanent full-time role
Based in Home Care Services
Key Responsibilities
Advocate for individuals families and groups to ensure their rights choices and wellbeing are supported.
Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop appropriate care plans.
Provide emotional support counselling and therapeutic interventions to individuals or groups as required.
Apply sound knowledge of Tusla and HIQA regulations and standards in all aspects of care delivery.
Deliver a collaborative social care service in partnership with multidisciplinary teams agencies and community services to meet the needs of service users.
Requirements
Degree in Social Care (required).
CORU Registration (required or in process).
Full driving licence and access to own vehicle (required).
Experience working within children and family services.
Ability to provide three written references from education or previous employment.
Willingness to undergo Garda Vetting as part of the recruitment process.
Full-time position 37.5 hours per week.
