Drive the development and execution of sales strategies to meet and exceed business growth objectives.
Take full ownership of the country-level P&L ensuring optimal performance across all departments.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior executives strategic partners and key stakeholders.
Uncover new business opportunities and lead regional market expansion initiatives.
Work collaboratively with both local and global teams to ensure alignment with overall corporate direction.
Build manage and inspire a high-performing team covering both sales and service delivery functions.
Oversee adherence to local legal requirements regulatory standards and internal corporate policies.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business or a related discipline; an MBA is a plus.
Over 10 years of experience in IT services specializing in enterprise-level sales.
Demonstrated success in leading sales teams driving revenue growth and expanding market presence.
In-depth knowledge of the local market including business environment and client behaviors.
Capable of balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution in dynamic fast-paced settings.
Exceptional leadership negotiation and communication abilities.
