Job Summary
- Lead strategic and operational leadership training sessions tailored to the realities of mining and oil and gas sites.
- Develop decision-making skills in high-pressure environments.
- Support managers and supervisors in managing multicultural and multidisciplinary teams.
- Introduce participants to modern extractive operations management tools.
Profil
- 4/5 years of Bachelors degree in Management Administration Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a management position or more than 10 years of training in the mining or related sector.
- Mastery of performance safety compliance and productivity issues.
- Strong teaching coaching and managerial support skills.
- Good English language skills.
- Good elocution skills.
- Ability to inspire confidence through expertise and professional demeanor.
- Able to capture and maintain attention.
- Patient and tolerant.
Required Skills:
