Clinical Shift Schedule: Friday 7:00 AM Monday 7:00 AM (24-hour weekend coverage)

On-Call Shift Schedule: Included during weekend coverage

Minimum Shifts: 1 Weekend per Month (Flexible Scheduling Available)

Patient Volume/Census: 12 on Fridays; 510 consults/day SaturdaySunday

Case Mix: General Urology including stents stones clot evacuations and related OR procedures

All general urology procedures including:

Stent placements

Stone management

Clot evacuation

Other general inpatient urologic interventions

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Licenses: Active West Virginia Medical License (IMLC accepted if applicable)

Certifications: BLS ACLS DEA (required)

Board Certification: Required in Urology

Other Qualifications: Experience in hospital/trauma setting preferred

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide full-scope inpatient urology services during assigned weekend shifts

Manage urology consults and perform required OR procedures

Collaborate with inpatient staff to ensure timely patient care

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Cerner EMR

Participate in weekend call and respond to emergent consults as needed

Uphold hospital protocols and patient safety standards
